Are your online registration confirm emails getting through?

Don't assume that your online registration vendor has a fool proof email system. Email confirmations are a critical link in the registration process. If emails from your system are not getting through, your registration process is flawed. Even a 95% deliverability rate means that too many people are not receiving their confirmations.
